The Kingdom Secretariat:

The Secretariat comprises of : Sir Thomas de Lys, Count Pearson. The Secretary General is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Council.

The head of the Secretariat, Sir Thomas de Lys, makes an annual report at the beginning of March to the State Council on the work of the Institutions and of the Kingdom.
